With a circulation of 37,500, On Campus promises to connect you with thousands of campus and community visitors, including prospective and admitted students and their families, corporate representatives, recruiters and recruits, attendees of cultural, arts and sporting events, and new employees.
Ads will be accepted until 5 p.m. on the day they are due. All ads are full-color. Print-ready advertisements must be provided digitally in .PDF, .JPG or .TIF format. Ad sizes must match the dimensions above with a resolution of 240-300 dpi. Make sure all elements are grayscale for black and white images and CMYK (not RGB) for color images. CONTRACTS & PAYMENTS
A signed contract is required for all advertisers. University departments, units, programs and organizations must provide a department C-FOAP number for billing purposes. Off-campus businesses and organizations must provide an FEIN number or Social Security number. Prepayment is not generally required at the time of the request, although the university reserves the right to set credit limits and/or require prepayment, or hold advertising for nonpayment. Advertisers will be sent an email invoice stating the payment and due date.
Space is limited and advertising will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Placement of the ad is at the discretion of the editor.
Creative Services reserves the right to revise, reject or cancel, in whole or in part, any advertising for any reason, including advertisements that advocate illegal actions, promote activities that are detrimental or damaging to the university or its mission, or may be interpreted as defamatory, an invasion of privacy, fraudulent, obscene or a violation of the law or university policies and rules. On Campus will not accept advertising for political candidates or issues, tobacco or alcohol products, or gambling.
The advertiser is solely responsible for the accuracy of the content of advertisements submitted. All ads must be clearly recognizable as advertisements by design. If not, the editor will label them as such.
Free basic design services are available for ads placed in On Campus if text and graphics are provided by March 11, 2017, for the 2017/18 issue. Extensive design or changes to proofs may be assessed extra charges at $25 per hour, with a minimum charge of one hour.
Cancellations for the 2017/18 issue must be requested prior to May 16, 2017.
